Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Krawl Edutech's platform, courses, and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment & Access
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the enrolled course(s). Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials or course materials with others. Krawl Edutech reserves the right to revoke access in case of violations.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Krawl Edutech reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Discounts and coupons are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via email to info@krawl.org. Refunds will not be granted if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Live batch enrollment fees are non-refundable once the batch has commenced.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, and resources are the intellectual property of Krawl Edutech. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Recording of live sessions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
6. Code of Conduct
Users are expected to maintain respectful conduct in all interactions including live sessions, discussion forums, and community channels. Krawl Edutech reserves the right to remove users who engage in harassment, spam, academic dishonesty, or any disruptive behaviour without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Krawl Edutech provides educational content and preparation support. We do not guarantee exam success or employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service in question.
8. Modifications to Terms
Krawl Edutech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
